NDR are professional, punctual and thorough. I have engaged them twice now, once to install an EV Charger for my client and a second time to fault find a commercial installation. On both occasionsI have been impressed by the quality of Nathan's work and the efficiency of their office.
From the first time I met Nathan he came to visit me at my apartment. We did a walk around. I particularly wanted my old system cleaned but not put under pressure as it was an 18-year-old system. He agreed to that no problem. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in his details of. The air-conditioning units they capabilities warranties installation process complying with body corporate requirements, etc. He wasn’t too pushy or over the top. I genuinely liked his style. We agreed to having 2x 2.5 kW Aircon units Install installed one in each bedroom. This necessitated One unit being wall mounted on brackets as I was on the second floor the second was mounted on my balcony. The team came in at 11:30 am exactly on time and finished around 5 pm fantastic Highly recommend them and Carly in the office was absolutely outstanding.
Nathan and the team were amazing! My partner and I live in a rental and needed our aircon cleaned and with the warmer weather coming we wanted it done asap and they responded so promptly that we had the job done within the week!

Very happy with the EV charger installation. There were a few issues after the installation but the installer came back and made sure everything was fixed and working properly. They were professional, helpful & took the time to ensure the charger worked well with our solar and battery setup. Great service and after-sales support. Highly recommended!

Nathan and Corey have once again saved the day by sorting out how to provide ethernet internet to our computers on the first floor which is not close to the NBN outlet. Nathan had to think about how to do it, but he got there and hurrah!!! I have email again. Thanks mate. You guys did a champion job again. Nothing was too hard. I have had Nathan provide me a quote for some new fans. We were looking for a larger outdoor 120. Inch fan he happily took the time to find exactly what we wanted and provided a very detailed quote. Nathan even went to the lengths of putting further support brackets on the top of the roof to ensure we had no issues down the track. Would have no problem using these guys again and highly recommend their service.
